This Payment Policy explains how online booking payments are handled for Noya Beach Alamein.
Accepted payment methods
- Online card payments may be processed through Paymob using Visa and Mastercard.
- Other payment methods may be available only when offered by Noya Beach Alamein or confirmed by support.
- All online booking prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds unless stated otherwise.
Secure card processing
Card payments are processed through Paymob secure payment services. Noya Beach Alamein does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive card authentication details on this website.
Payment confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation and acceptance by the booking system.
- If payment is not completed within the allowed hold time, the booking hold may expire and availability may be released.
- If a payment is deducted but the booking does not update correctly, contact support with your booking reference, guest mobile number, and payment reference.
Failed, duplicate, or pending payments
- Failed payments do not confirm the booking.
- Pending payments are reviewed based on the payment gateway confirmation status.
- Duplicate payment cases should be reported to support for review and reconciliation.
Extra charges
Additional services, upgrades, late changes, damaged or lost items, and approved extra charges may be collected separately before or during the visit.
Refund relation
Refund eligibility and processing are handled according to the published Return / Refund Policy. Payment approval does not automatically guarantee refund eligibility after cancellation, no-show, check-in, or service usage.
