Booking confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. Unpaid holds may expire automatically and may not guarantee availability.
Cancellation and refund requests
- Refund requests are reviewed according to booking status, selected visit date, package rules, capacity usage, and resort operating policy.
- Approved refunds are returned through the eligible original payment channel whenever possible.
- Bank, card network, or payment gateway processing times may vary after a refund is approved.
Non-refundable cases
- No-show bookings or unused bookings after the booked visit date may be non-refundable.
- Used services, checked-in visits, consumed items, damaged or lost items, and approved extra charges are not normally refundable.
- Special events, promotional packages, or date-limited offers may have stricter cancellation rules shown at booking time or communicated by the resort.
Changes instead of refunds
Where possible, Noya Beach Alamein may offer a date change, package change, or booking credit subject to availability and approval.
