These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Noya Beach Alamein online booking services and resort access.
Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability, capacity rules, package rules, selected visit date, and access time.
- A booking reference or hold does not guarantee access until payment is confirmed and the booking is accepted.
- Noya Beach Alamein may refuse, cancel, or adjust bookings when information is incorrect, payment is not confirmed, capacity is unavailable, or resort rules are violated.
Payments
- Online card payments are processed securely through Paymob using Visa and Mastercard.
- Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds unless stated otherwise.
- Any additional services, upgrades, damage, late checkout, or lost items may be charged separately.
Guest responsibility
- Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information.
- Guests must follow resort rules, safety instructions, access time, and staff guidance.
- Children and dependents must be supervised by their responsible adult guest or guardian.
Access and QR passes
Access passes or QR references are issued for the selected booking, date, guest count, and package. They may not be transferred or reused outside the allowed access rules.
Weather and operational changes
Resort operations may be affected by weather, maintenance, events, capacity, safety, or management decisions. Noya Beach Alamein may offer alternatives where possible.
Policy updates
Noya Beach Alamein may update these terms and policies from time to time. The version published on this website applies to current online bookings.
